All being taken care of by BMW, ho hum...

Sorry to read this John.....sadly it's not a rare occurrence.
5 years ago I put cesil in for an oil change @ my local stealers.
I asked if the car could be kept in the workshop overnight and not left in the compound. No problem.....
arrived in the am to collect and was told by the service desk "a tech had reversed a 3 series into my car whilst attempting to drive onto a service ramp"
