Asking price must be a 'BMW' thing as it's on a par with Hexagon.
NJ sold one in Feb this year with similar mileage, the asking price was £37.
IMO mileage isn't the main factor but the Service History when purchasing, providing that is correct and it has a warranty there should be little to fear.
(Invariably low mileage cars run foul of the bi-annual service requirement.)
Number of Owners similarly, although I personally would consider the fewer the better.
