I bought them for the trip, a bit of over enthusiasm as I ended up having to cancel, so I don't have them fitted to the car.
But to answer your question, there should be no modifications required to fit, they should just bolt straight on.
The CH's you have listed appear to have a rim protector fitted
(Check as these are almost £70 each) also bare in mind Centre Caps and Valves
BBS Valve caps for the CH wheels are odd, the cap has an extended shoulder to cover the valve, £30 for 4
