Unless you are suggesting that you somehow got a super never to be repeated bargain deal on your car then the cost for replacement of a same spec car tomorrow would be about what you paid plus or minus a grand or two? That might change in the next 15-20 years as more get written off but right now your car could be replaced for what someone is willing to pay and we have a good gauge of that already on your invoice, I'd say the price you paid plus 2k would be sensible to get you back in the same spec car quickly (or as quickly as the currently non fluid CSL market would allow)?

I'm surprised they'd take owners club as proof too to be honest, owners clubs always seem to talk up their own books
