There's your answer - no good for fast road or track use, you just wouldn't feel confident knowing that. Great pity but at least the guy was honest enough to say and indicate the flat spot.
That's a handy bit of info regarding the repair as the CSL wheels are also 'Drop Forged' so the same would apply.
Asking price, it's a bit like a 'Cat D' damaged repaired.
PS Have you recently come over from the 'Dub' side, there's a lot of it about in the West Midlands.
