I have developed two small chips on the let hand side of the windscreen.
Do you have experience with National Windscreen to carry a repair (similar to Autoglass) or a replacement?
This company is linked to my insurance (admiral) and I just have to pay £ 25 excess for repair and £75 for full replacement.
Theoretically I would prefer a replacement but I am unsure about a) whic type of non OEM windscreen they use b) the quality of the job.

BMW dealer will quote me £500-700

Any experience with aftermarket windscreen specialist? Should I insist to have an OEM part?
