Hello,

Sorry for my delayed response, been busy with the Autosport show over the last few days.

We say that a disc needs replacing if there is over 1mm of wear.

Or if a visually check shows that the majority of the slots/grooves/dimples are worn away this will result in uneven surface decreasing performance and increasing the chance of failure/cracking.
