Clearcoat on CF doorpanel starts to bubble

Hi all!
I'm having a problem with the clearcoat on the passengerside doorpanel.
The clearcoat is starting to bubble, this happend over a couple of hours.
I don't believe the occasional seatbelt...

Hi!

I recently bought this CSL and would like to put the logo's back on.
But apparently there is no manual specific CSL to retrofit them.

I would be very gratefull if someone could provide me...
