Ring trip May 2nd 2009
 

I know there is an Easter trip planned, and there is talk of another trip being planned in June/July, but........

I am going out for the weekend of May 2nd & 3rd.

There are (so far) 7 cars getting the ferry from Newcastle to Amsterdam on Friday 1st, arriving on Saturday morning. Then a nice blast done to the ring to get a couple of hours track time.

Sunday open all day.

Return Monday to get the ferry back Monday evening, arriving Newcastle Tuesday morning.

There are some cars going from the South, on the ferry/train (tbc). Leaving Saturday morning and we will meet up with them en route somewhere.

So for those that cannot make the other trips, or just cannot get enough, the more the merrier!!!!! :beer:

hi mate glendog74 and i are going out saturday the 2nd and will be driving striaght to the ring will be there the all day sunday and off to spa monday would love to meet on route :thumbs:

Slight change of plan now....

Going from Hull - Zeebrugge. We are meeting the 'Southern' attendees en-route in Ghent mid-morning on the Saturday. How does that does sound for you?

And, it looks like we might be joining you at Spa on the Monday!!! :beer:

We won't get alongside Dunkirk until around 1230 local time so wouldn't be passing Ghent til gone 1330ish? I'm sure we will catch up over the weekend though! :thumbs:

I have done Hull to Zeebrugge before, Hull Rotterdam is even better :wink:

Any reason why Rotterdams better?

Better boat and journey from Rotterdam to the ring,

especially if you go on Friday you have all the Amsterdam party goers :-D
