Recaro Seat fitted

Well decided to bite the bullet and go down the Bucket Seat route for the car.
2 reasons, 1- I hardly use it anymore on the road and 2- it should preserve the original from wear and tear from my lardy ar$e.

After looking around at what was available and speaking to a few folks i decided on the Recaro Profi SPA. (its snug thats for sure)

Looked into VAG mounts and what was available as an alternative so until i lay my hands on some i have fab'd up a set to get the seat in the car.

Hopefully some folk can get use out of this as a DIY guide if you are happy to have the steel frame rather than the VAC mounts.

Heres some pics,

The chosen seat

The fixing actually come out of an old RS Evo.
Bolts to the car using the original fixing bolt so done the job perfectly here.

Great job Paul

My only concern would be that the seat looks very high. Might just be the pics though
