Went to Teesside Autodrome after work today to view the MLR Pace Ward Sprint Series, I was meant to be entering the BMW but work commitments got in the way.

Anyway, upon arrival heard an all to familiar voice shouting from an Evo X... baffled the hell out of me till I clicked it was Lawsy, didn't recognise him with the helmet on used to seeing him in his usual state;

I did OK Craig, managed to get down to 57.7. Came 15th out of 50. Not bad for my first sprint. Considering most of the competition was on trailers too.
The car was holding me back, the sst box, power, and tight sprint track were not the greatest combo. But I did my best.

I am definitely going to enter as many events as I can next yr.

I would advise a sprint to you guys who would like to try motorsport, but for your own reasons do not. Its a very cheap form of motorsport. You use hardly any fuel, and it was a hoot. If there was'nt an oil spill we would have had 16 runs each overall, but we only managed 9 iirc.

A great great day and you guys would love it. The M3 would be in the guest class.
