pagid RS29 pads screeching...

I recently uprated the pads to Pagid RS29 all around, standard discs but braided hoses and different fluid.

Within 5 mins of driving they screech so loud when stopping. How do i fix this, they are doing my head in???? :banghead:

cheers

Goes with the turf mate - mine to this from time to time - London bus like.

a bit more copper slip and go give them some stick ! the noise will come back, give them some more stick .... not really a road pad IMO

Bret he's right mate about the noise, track only pad or plenty of heavy braking :bigcry:
give them some stick and see how you go, have you any copper slip on? it makes a big difference

Have you bedded thtem in yet?

Ruebdo 28-06-2011 09:04 PM

yep, bedded in and recently done 2 track days on them. Copper slip on, they have literally just started. Trust me i have thrashed the car the last couple of nights thinking that will sort it out, but it is just consistant.

No probs for the first 3 mins of driving then it begins :banghead:
