I have a scangauge in my non csl car, they are very useful,as it just reads all the info your engine ecu can see - invaluable in a badly equipped ford:hahaha:
packaging wise its a bit tacky, and nowadays you can get some handy toys for your phone as alex says... http://www.plxkiwi.com/kiwiwifi/software.html |
"it just reads all the info your engine ecu can see"
Not quite, it just reads a very small subset of information as defined by the OBDII standard :D |
I had one in a previous non CSL car also .
Was good for resetting fault codes and keeping an eye on intake temps. |
