Sport cats : Milltek vs Supersprint
Hi,
I want to take sport cats on my car. I don't know what the best product.. The milltek was 100 cell and the catalysor of the csl was in oem 300 cell... Is wright to take a superprint (200 cell) for 100 cell less?? |
i think you'll find M3 OEM is 300 cell, CSL OEm is 200 cell therefore unless ou want to waste evenmore money you will want to get 100 cell from Millltek or Supersprint:thumbs:
|
I thought normal m3 was 400 cell?
Miltek and Supersprint both use the same cats made by HJS. |

Ok, the twice are from HJS, but SS was 200 cell and milltek 100...
Is a difference of performance, that my question... |
you can get 100 cell from SS and Milltek Ben
http://www.simpsonmotorsport.co.uk/b...=12&product=20 http://www.thorneymotorsport.co.uk/t...M3_Power.shtml and BHP improvement of a few bhp by all accounts, probably 3-5 depending upon if your original cat was 200 or 400 cell. |
Ben, i used to have the Miltek 100 cell cat fitted with my full Miltek exhaust + Stage II ECU. It ran at 380bhp but was very noisy!
I now have standard CSL 200 cell cat with the same full Miltek + Stage I ECU. Now running at 370bhp and a fair bit quieter! Prefer this setup... |
Thank's guys:thumbs:
If i undertstand, i make a good remap and stop. I am noisy yet ( SS race...) more it's not cool .. What's the best tuner for you to take a remap near France?? |
