IMHO that's an OTT price, even by their standards :whistle:
At that price point I'd expect them to re-spray the front end to eliminate any stone chips, refurbish the wheels and put a brand new set of Michelin Super Sports on.
Also, on closer reading the previous owners didn't adhere to the recommended BMW service schedule and change the engine oil & filter every 24 months, regardless of low mileage.

If that was a CS, I'd have bought it by now..
