Nice machine, but alot of LP560's selling (well atleast in my neck of woods in Asia and the pricing is coming down quite a bit) so could well be people overlooking it.

Plus, for the price, people may be looking at the exciting 458 (both rear drive) instead. Easier on gas, just as fast and more ergo beautiful + its got a lovely double clutch gearbox too.

I do like to change cars, and wonder what I might get next. I really like the 599 GTB, but not keen on the Lamborghini's, a bit too 'shouty' for me, though on a dark night I might be tempted buy a Murcuilago. No plans to sell the CSL. Still the best fun/£ car I own.

For me this would be another special car after the CSL that I hope would not loose money.

I wouldn't buy any car assumining it won't go up in value. Fun cars are in a bubble and will crash.
Buy a car to drive it and joy it. If you can't handle it losing half it's value don't buy it.

The CSL lost more than 2/3rds of it value before it began to climb again.
If it floats your boat, then buy it.

Like these a lot, but I'd say it's high because:

Old tech (comparatively) - gallardo now 12 years old ?
E gear...surprising as I'd expect nomex wearing hairy chest balboni 2wd buyers to choose manual
Opportunity cost. As said, a little more probably gets you into a 458, Mac, 560
Mileage on high side for a lambo buyer

Surprised these were availiable with e-gear. I would choose one with a manual because apart from the RWD thats what makes it special and therefore more desireable later on, probably.

Either way, nice decision to make :supz:

I think this logic is sound as long as there is an eventual buyer for your car. You could look at the Superleggera but the Balboni is special as it's RWD.

Ah I just wanted to shoehorn in the fact that I met Mr Balboni outside the Lamborghini factory earlier this year. He was a top bloke
