Front Diff Mounting Bolt

Mine somehow managed to come loose, made for a very clunky first drive of 2017. I've torqued it back up to 100nm, but a bit of Googling suggests I should have gone full Hulk and torqued it to 200nm!?!?! That seems mega mega high/tight to me. Does anybody have any experience of this? Do I really need to go to 200nm or will 100nm and some lock-tite do the job?

Had this problem a couple of times, would do recommend torque, but use Locktite,it's been good so far
