CoP means Conformity of Production. It means that this car still meets the Emissions etc. of the Country its been delivered to. EU bureaucratic non-sense as far as i am concerned.
If i run my VIN it doesn't show this option, i think only non-EU cars have it?

Germany - No
Japan - Yes
Gulf - No
South Africa - No
UK - Yes, but only from 01/09/03. Given that production started in July, the first two months didn't get it.
Other European markets varied, but mostly Yes.
