I know St Ives are struggling but surely not that much :whistle:

They were struggling Steve as 2 of the props are out injured and to keep up our unbeaten record in the 2012-13 season so far,they asked me if I would step in for 3 to 4 weeks,which I have done;)

At your age it takes twice as long to get over the knocks.. :)

Try a pint of milk after each match......halves the recovery period. Even for old feckers :thumbs:
