Redline lights up

Hi,

I bought my CSL 2weeks ago and after warming the car up properly I noticed that if I drive it hard in 1st, just before it gets to 8000rpm all the amber and red lights on the rev counter lights up and as soon as I go to 2nd they go away. I had a couple of E46 M3's and they never did that, is this normal on a CSL or did they guy before me do something to the computer mapping??

Shift lights are normal on the CSL

Normal on smg, your previous m must have been manual.

Take it to the dealers and get it fixed quick!
