My car is almost identical. I'm thinking 22k would be nice.

phoenixcsl 20-03-2014 12:39 PM

I would personally sell the car standard, take all your mods off and either put them on the new one or sell them on their own as you must have £2-2.5k in re-sale of all your bits to add to your fund.

Plus selling a standard car opens up your market.

He hasn't got std brake setup though. Quite right though. Sell standard.

For a potential buyer, maybe ;)
IMHO that's too low for a clean Cecil with full AP anchors (worth up to £2K on their own) I'd say @ £23,995 OVNO and take no less then £23,000 .
At the end of the day a good clean Cecil is a very rare thing these days and an appreciating asset.

That makes me happy to know mines worth that then .😛

thanks matt.

i cant be fooked to chase down standard parts, such as a full brake set up, pay a csl tax on those then pay someone to put them as it wont be worth it in the end.

will get the car taxed in April then see what happens.
