CSL sg 46300miles for sale

For sale my cherished M3 CSL in silver grey,
In excellent condition inside and out.
Subtle upgrades including
AP racing red BBK, (originals included)
Supersprint centre section, (original included)
Gruppe M titanium back box, (original included)
Bilstien B6 Oe equivalent shocks,
Carbon fibre flappy paddles, (originals included),
Itg lifetime air filter + spare,
Powerflex bushes all round (except wishbones)
Diff cage shot blasted and powder coated,
Just been into Redish motorsport for RACP repair and underfloor corrosion clean up and respray.
New clutch and flywheel just because the release bearing was starting to fail,
Two sets of genuine refurbished wheels (one set with new mps cups) other with new Goodyear eagle f1 rears, new contisport contact 6 fronts , (found pilot sports wear quicker).
Part service history (as maintained personally since ownership), lots of receipts, owners manual, csl wallet, 3 keys, 2 main/1 valet.
Owned the car for 11 years and is regrettably time to let it go.
I have personally maintained and serviced the car (apart from recent Redish works),
I gave it an inspection 2 in 2017 @ 45363 miles including valve clearance, gear box fluid, diff seal and fluid and it has an oil change every 12 months regardless of mileage,
New gear position switch, new salmon relay,
46300 miles.
This car is immaculate and has been looked after like a child,
The only downsides which didn’t put me off as I know my stuff is that in 2007 it was ridiculously category D written off due to being sat in fresh flood water for a couple of hours. (No different to driving it in heavy rain). It was then auctioned off to the previous owner and unfortunately due to this receipts and previous paperwork got lost.
But as you are all aware these cars are the ultimate and this is too good an example to let it affect the sale.
Private M3 XTM (eXTreMe) plates.
The car is a joy to drive as it should be and I’m gutted it’s time to let the CSL go.

£55,000
This car wants for nothing and needs nothing except someone who can give it more time it deserves than I now can!
Please only serious buyers and any questions welcome.
PM for pictures.

Rob.

Oops was supposed to be £55,000.
And it maybe labelled a cat D but it was pointlessly written off (as is with most cat D’s).
The frustrating thing with it is the fact there are cars out there that have had crash damage and worse yet get sold on as clean, when all that happened to mine was that it got a good clean (excuse the pun)!

Yes I get your point but by you don’t appear to have any relevant paper work
To support your case regarding the cat D as it appears to have been lost:whistle:

This alone will put any serious buyers off for sure.

Good luck with the sale buddy.:supz:

Perhaps consider removing the comment comparing the Cat D issue as being the same as driving in heavy rain..

No offence, but given cat D and non-dealer servicing, I think you’re over by about £15-£20k based on standard car. My advice is strip non-std parts and sell separately to get a return, return those bits to std and market for late £30s.

No offence taken, I did want to put it back to standard but I’ve not long purchased a house which needs a lot of work (hence having to sell it, if I could find a way to keep it I would) and it’s finding the time.
But think I may have to find the time to do it.

Good luck.

Love the thought of a csl being worth £55k but in all honesty has anyone actually pulled this kind of money,, recently of ever, ?? Even with full service history, I probably paid more than most Current owners for my csl back In 04 ,,I’d be over the moon to get that kind of money if selling , Or this kind of money only in cuckoo land  but good luck selling, ? Is this 4000 Trackday mileage per year with the mods, or road miles ??

Never been tracked in my ownership, I’m just sad and do mods just for aesthetics and personal preference!
