Vinyl Wrap?

Just an idea on numbers interested in getting your car wrapped in your choice of design/ colour.

Depending on numbers I will then get a quote.

I got a price £850 inc VAT/ 2 days work. so should be bettered with larger numbers.

Add name to list...

Can they offer any guarantee that the wrap won't damage the paint when (professionally) removed? Unfortunately the 3 cars I've seen after having wraps removed have all needed paint, mainly due to scalpel-blade damage unfortunately.

Cracking price if they can though!

E46ACS 13-04-2009 02:02 PM

That is a good price. I have been quoted £1300 + £1000 for a plain white wrap, from two different places.

karbonkid 13-04-2009 03:40 PM

I know they come with no less than a 3yr warranty. Best to talk to BMsport as they have had a few wrap changes.

I have just priced up venture shield and it looks like a full wrap is only a few ££ more

undecided as yet just pondering

Wrong the Orange one is John's CSL & the Grey one is Nathan's CSL

The Grey one use to be Green.

If I was going to wrap my CSL then it would be in this colour, this I think is the same car I have pics of from the Nurburgring GP circuit which was outside on a stand! :smokin: :smokin:

Oh switch on Matt - i thought you were supposed to be a 'CSL expert'?

There is only one CSL - originally SB, then GT3 green, and now the matt silver/grey wrap that you are familiar with.

The registration has also changed since it was a green car...

I like that - of course...!

BTW Matt - the orange CSL i think is now a different colour too. I'm sure it was the caged white/orange/black car that sat in the car park unattended when the track closed on that Saturday after the BIG crash.

DazBlackCSL 07-07-2010 10:41 AM

Back on topic :hahaha:

Chaps , be very careful of a full wrap at £850 , my friend does these for a living, day in day out, very well, but even he would not do it for that, well he would if he cut corners and did not take his time and ensure no cutting on the car and every single thing was removed, bumper, door handles and lights etc, the end result IS if you go the cheaper route, not perfect when you look up close, i.e you see the colour of the original car in the shuts, behind the gaps in the bumpers etc etc ...

you get what you pay for as always so just bear that in mind
