Not got the CSL anymore but I will be there!

Will be there in an E46 M3 (though also considering taking something a little quicker instead)

I will be there on the afternoon of the 30th to see some friends, in a Mercedes though.

Thanks Ben - it was my friend, Rosco - he used to have a CSL too - small world. He's in a white 991RS - and as you can see we had loads of fun.

We're staying at the Lindner and travelling out on the Chunnel on Wednesday and back Saturday.

Anyway, you didn't answer my question - passenger lap?? You've got to do it as it's a real eye opener :)

The main purpose of the trip is a drive to the Porsche museum, just calling in at DN16 on the Friday afternoon. I have recently picked up an SL55 AMG and fancy taking that for a bit of a blast. See if it really is limited to 186mph.

To be fair, the only time he looked like he was holding you up was on the last few corners (after he lost his momentum from having to slow down for the slower cars ;) ).

Don't forget he is nearly 100bhp less than you, so it takes him a bit longer than you to get back up to speed :blalalala:.

How does that compare with your times with no hold ups :) (as I saw both the above were 8.04 and 8.00 respectively)?

I'm on a similar pace on a clear lap - if I ever get one - but happy to take you round for a lap - it's a fun experience :)
