Generic picture maybe??

Nice price :)

sailorbaz 09-02-2009 08:32 PM

I think I will go for the ITG one myself, but let us know how you get on with the Pipercross!

Agreed, nice price. Half the price of the ITG from Thorney. :gayfight:

s.mac 09-02-2009 08:41 PM

http://merlinmotorsport.co.uk/produc...oducts_id=8280

may be cheaper than Thorney ?

careful though, it may be an M3 one :rolleye:

sailorbaz 09-02-2009 08:59 PM

I think I checked there and you pay for postage, Thorney you don't, AFAIK!

For a few Bob, I would much rather give John the little bit of business I do anyway,

benCSL 10-02-2009 08:01 PM

Is somebody tested the pipercross??? Cheap price...for what quality?

Andyk 10-02-2009 08:14 PM

Also had a Pipercross on a Lotus.....again no issues but ITG have a better reputation for quality.

Any updates on the pipercross filters?

s.mac 02-05-2011 12:38 PM

no supplier didnt have stock, I went with John and the ITG filter, couldnt see any difference and now swap between OEM and ITG, I just remove the ITG and clean and then swap every few months with an OEM filter.
Makes it easier to strip the car and put back without having to leave it stripped whilst I clean the ITG

Thanks for the reply. Im gona go ahead and order a pipercross one just to experiment. It'll be worth checking it out and see how the filteration is on it compared to the BMC
