Whats the best way to jack these cars up. Is there a special tool designed by a clever someone that fits in the jacking point and that a trolley jack will work with????

If so where do I get it and how much??

Thanks

I made it to fit the jacking point under the car out of a bit of mild steel

You will need a low entry jack.

I previously owned a thing called a Walkinshaw Group A Commodore (Holden(GMH) V8 with help from Tom Walkinshaw it had a lip that is lower than the CSL and further in front so I made some 2 step ramps so getting it off the ground is no issue but didn't want to try the up in the air bit till I had a better jacking method.

My trolley jack has a round top which hopefully the part mentioned is bigger then all will be good...otherwise a new trolley jack with a flat plate is required it seems.
