Hi,

Martin- long time no hear.

I heard that you had sold or were selling your E36 Track Car ?

Yes, the E30 M3 is complete, all been dynoed, etc.

I would love to know how the V8 Judd engined white
Swedish E30 M3 performs, as the engine in that car
is about 40kg lighter, 100 BHP more, and even further
back than a S14 4 pot sits.

What are you plans then if the E36 has gone or going then ?

Regards,

The Gorilla.

The Guy in HK sent me this

Hi,

MattCSLnut - yes there BBS RC Motorsport Edition.

Took me ages to find a set as they are no longer made.

There were 8.5 x 18 et 15 with 225 35 18 fronts
and 245 30 18 rears.

They are like the CSL wheels but have more dish'
due to their offset.

The Gorilla.

Very nice Gorilla!!

I remember seeing photos of both of those cars on another forum (can't remember which now) ... never connected the two until now .. AWESOME!!

Have you thought about running the Drenth in the CSL??? Be quite a beast I'd imagine (much like the Simpsons' other CSL racecar that they sold a while back).

Hi,

NZ_M3- On the coils, the early Bremi ones were
well known for breaking down, after only a few
thousand miles.

Causing all sorts of issues.

The X5 4.8is ones are common to quite a few BMW's,
I will see if I can dig out the part number.

They are not made by Bremi, and when I compared them to some
Okada Plasma Coils which I run in the E30 M3/S54 the BMW
ones were almost as good, for about a tenth of the money.

Regards,

The Gorilla.
