You'll have to ask to have a go at replicating yours.
I think the base material maybe 1mm. highly polished Stainless Steel or Chromed Alli. but I'm guessing, he would probably know.

If I had 1 that's exactly what I'd be doing.... My local dealer is useless and didn't have a clue what I was on about so I gave up.

Well I've had some good news.....

My car has never had a plaque assigned to it so I'll have 1 in the new year, I should now be able to get them reproduced by my father in law......
