Thanks so much as i am having a hard time looking for such information since I live in the Philippines and my s54 died on me last 2 months and I'm looking for a replacement ever since. Really appreciate it. Thanks again.

You can buy them off BMW, circa £10k or

CSL engine is same as E46 engine so best way is to find E46 S54 and fit CSL head and cams. In UK some independant garages keepm some S54 unist and also some dealers stock them but only accessible from indi garages normally so cant help. Simpson Motorsport, might know of one

Alternatively find and smashed up one. Nick Johnson (CSL dealer)smashed one up at the Ring last week and is breaking it and selling in bits
