Hi all,
So I was at my brother in law’s (if I were married) at the weekend in East Sussex, he’s decided to sell his Caterham 21. He’s not advertised it yet so thought I’d just drop it on here to see if anyone was interested.
Here’s what I know (which isn’t a lot about these rare cars, so please dont hold me to anything)
Believe 48 were built in total, I think this is chassis number 3.
Is a P plate and has done 32k miles. Ive known the car for 10 years, and it has barely moved, just been sat in his garage, but know its recently had a few grand spent on it sorting it out mechanically & electrically and has current tax and MOT.
It needs a damn good clean and does need some TLC, the paintwork needs money spending on it (but its fibreglass so no rust) and a wing mirror needs replacing. The interior and hood will also need attention to bring back to former glory.
