Hi all,

The idea of this post is to keep you all up to date with what has been going on at www.opieoils.co.uk

Firstly, we have changed our filter supplier. As some of you will know we previously stocked Purolator Filters and we have now switched over to UFI filters; oil filters, fuel, cabin and air filters. UFI Filters are made in Italy and their relationships with many of the world’s major OEMs (plus all bar one Formula 1 team!) demonstrates the quality of their products. UFI also have a wider range of filters than Purolator, so we can offer filters for a wider range of cars.

You can find more info on UFI and check if we have filters for your car HERE (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-840-car-filters.aspx)

In addition to this we have revamped and updated the service pack section of our website. Our service packs contain an UFI OEM spec oil filter and the correct specification engine oil, plus a bit extra for topping up. We now offer a choice of up to 4 service packs from different manufacturers including Castrol, Fuchs, Mobil and Motul, so you can now buy either based on brand or price, whatever suits you.

You will find our complete range of oil and filter service packs here (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-370-oil-service-pack-recommendation.aspx), but of course we can still supply engine oil, gearbox oil, final drive oil, brake fluid and other car lubricants (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-681-car-oils.aspx) from all the popular oil manufacturers; Silkolene (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/m-72-silkolene.aspx), Motul (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/m-73-motul.aspx), Fuchs (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/m-74-fuchs.aspx), Mobil (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/m-71-mobil.aspx), Castrol (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/m-68-castrol.aspx), Amsoil (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/m-76-amsoil.aspx) and Red Line (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/m-75-redline.aspx).

We have added one more unique feature. When you search for a service pack or oil for your car, our database will also find other related products such as Denso spark plugs, gear oils, Neoform windscreen wipers etc, if we do the ones that suit your vehicle. You can also search for the right Brembo brake discs and brake pads, Denso spark plugs and UFI filters from our car product finder (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-879-products-for-my-car.aspx).

Other news...

I would also like to invite you all to visit my site here www.opieoils.co.uk (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/) and REGISTER as a member here (https://www.opieoils.co.uk/createaccount-short.aspx?checkout=False&ReturnURL=default.aspx). By doing this you will automatically receive your club discounted prices on any purchase you make from us and allow us to keep you up to date on any other special offers (that may not make it to the forums), news and updates.

Thanks for reading and don't forget to take a look at the new features at www.opieoils.co.uk (http://www.opieoils.co.uk/). If you are not registered as a member, don't forget to do it now to collect the discounts you are entitled to.

Your site is very interesting and full of good informations and stuff. But I'm suprised about the price of the castrol 10-60 for bmw Mpower oil 13.8£ per liter...?

My local dealer sell it 9.24£ per liter and when you buy a box of 12 liter it's 8.40£ per liter

same discount on transmission and rear axe oils like the 75w140SAF XJ

I think, but not shure about it....

jocking, that was a group order, I've ordered just a pack for me, all the rest is for friends

the funny story about the 10w60 for Mpower car, it's that the same oil is used for Renaut trucks, and we get the oil thru the same garage and when in... hello, I would like some castrol 10w60 for my Csl truck...:-D

well as I know.... not yet... even if a have a crude tank yard 10miles away, it's not easy access... and 10w60 crude is propably a little sticky for the cranks, rods and pistons.. :-D

I when today to Bmw for a few gaskets for my Csl , and just asked them. they propose the liter at 18.38£ :119:

1 miles away a local car accessories dealer propose it at 10.04£ a liter.

definitly, group buy at Renault truck is better, 8 pounds per liter for an order of 12 tins is a bargain... :smokin:
