New house purchase forcing the very reluctant sale of my SB CSL which I have owned for nearly 2 years and had never intended to sell.

It will be for sale more widely shortly but would prefer it went to a member so it's up here for a bit first.

Details:

First Reg 17/3/04, Taxed to 8/12, MOT to 8/04/12.

58k miles

Full service history with last by specialist at c.55k miles. Running in service completed at 891 miles.

Climate Control, Xenons, PDC, Business RDS, Rain Sensor, Tracker.

AP front brakes with PF discs and RS15 pads front and EBC Yellow Stuff rear (original brakes will be included in sale).

Shod with Micehlin PS2s which have covered about 5k miles. I also have a spare set of Cups with a couple of track days left in them which will also be included in the sale.

Carbon Paddles.

She's had 7 previous owners but, as ever, the key is condition rather than number of owners. This has been inspected by a BMW mechanic and the only issue (other than the cosmetics noted below) was the absence of the induction flap (I still have it but it's not fitted).

The car has been pretty much faultless in my ownership, including 3 European trips to Spa, Geneva and Monaco. I say pretty much because it suffered an alternator failure in August 2011, which was replaced with an OEM unit.

Bad bits:
The car is in good condition except the front bumper that needs a respray plus the leading edges of the bonnet and wings.

The wheels also had a vist to a curb and there is superficial damage to 2 of them as a result.

Tinted windows (I had intended to remove but never got round to it..)

Happy to answer any questions
Cheers

Dave

Thanks guys

Yes, prepared for all the above, but I'd rather they knew beforehand rather than wasting my time later on..!

Well underpriced, Csl need the right buyer and it can take time to find the right person. Reducing the car may get people worried as to why it's so cheap! Good luck with the sale

No offence but some better quality pix might help too

No offence taken - unfortunately I don't have any at the moment as the car is under cover most of the year and stored away from home.

And as for the price, it's been for sale for a while at what I thought was a reasonable price... Someone will get a bargain

I realise it's been mentioned before but she's too cheap. IMHO it should be £ 23,995 OVNO for your 58K Cecil.
@ £21K you're probably putting potential buyer off :banghead: who presume there's something wrong with your car.
+ I agree with ac427, high quality pix are a must with a car like that.

Would you be interested in a part-ex? I'm guessing from the reason for sale the answer will be no but no harm in asking!
