Matt,

If it's gone, there's a few nice private sale SG cars on PistonHeads at the moment that are worth a look, one being SMD's low miles car.

Guys, be honest and say it! No one is going to pay £28.5 for a CSL with AC, simple as that! Even if you can find a buyer, he will bid you down for that reason.

Might try and bid you down, but if the whole AC thing bother him - he wouldnt be a buyer...

Whoops, sorry, entire meaning screwed up. 'without'... obviously.

I meant SMD's car not yours adymcd. That was a good price when the advert was placed. I assuming the car has gone now?

Although your meaning isn't clear, I'll assume you mean the owners of ACed CSLs, as drivers are too soft. How on earth does sweltering in the height of summer in a non-ACed car mean you're 'hard'? I also sincerley doubt anyone on this forum is a good enough driver to benefit from the lesser weight of an non-AC! SMD, do you trackday it? What are your times around Silverstone, Donnington or Brands?

Your only chance of a sale SMD (which is on and off numerous times, because whenever you want to sell, no one is interested in it) is to Dave1; Dave, word of advice, bid low as it hasn't got AC!

Well funny old thing isn't it SMD? Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but it is a little foolish to try and speak for everyone or put (electronic) words into their mouths.

From your comment, there clearly is one person who cares what I think, and that is you. I just hope you did your research before buying the CSL and got it at a good price. Have fun putting some serious miles on it!

No one cares what you think Nords, you drive a Ford and you're well soft, everyone knows that. I mean you'd think you were fighting in wars all over the world the way you talk. I'd have a car without A/C because I'm dead hard and I also have so many pies in my tank that I need every advantage I can get and sweating out those pies while lapping Halfords is a win win. I'll offer £18K for it, but you'd need to fit A/C for that, and HK, Sat Nav and a Sunroof and those flipping seats need to go too!

Oh no, that's not worked has it, I've shot myself in the foot there then

now listen here, how can you talk about being hard without a/c and you drive a 4x4 ladies car!

ive heard you only got the 4 x 4 because it copes better with the rough surfaces at all those burger van truck stops on your way to and from work!

Don't you know that 4x4 is better in the bends, ask any 22 year old or any Evo owner and they'll learn you proper. Your car weighs more than mine due to all those fecking tyres, jacks and axel stands you carry in the boot and I know for a fact that Woppum often sleeps in your glovebox!

If you are worried about the weight of aircon take a shit or something before you drive or bin the fat mrs.

No matter what you say, having aircon is the way forward. Its basically climatronic which ensures that you are comfortable in the cabin.

I saw a non AC'd car that look liked the driver had been driving around naked all summer - all the Alcantara was bobbled and looked fecking horrible.,

Also, the only people who try and justify the merits of non AC are the people trying to sell their non AC cars.

The end :clown:
