As their is not enough room in my garage over the last 2 years with the CSL there, this has been standing unused. Also it is not possible i have realised for me to punch any harder than i already do!:hahaha: and have always got the wife if i feel the need to smack something

So please someone buy this punch bag off me. It is a 48 inch leather bag, to be hung from the ceiling. Sale includes;

1. 48 inch leather bag
2. chains
3. ceiling heavy duty hook
4. 1 pair mits

Cost to you guys is;

£60 plus postage or delivery

But bro in law is 6'5 cage fighting / personal trainer lunatic with his own gym so im taking it out on him currently so no need :-D

Good idea Shane, get the guys to vent off work frustrations on instead of knocking eachother out. That's much better for productivity. Think I'll get the same for my workshop.:hahaha:
