he is asking for 35k.

i'm a serious buyer.

i want to know what he will accept.

If you are a serious buyer then you might have been bothered to write a little more in your first ever post if you want to be taken seriously...

A pm expressing intent might be in order?

1st off welcome to the site mate  really good bunch of folk on here with some invaluable knowledge about these machines.

Now in my opinion and i stress it's only an opinion but me as a serious buyer would be calling the seller to negotiate rather that posting questions and answers on the board. You will get a much better and quicker response using the phone i'd think.

It's a cracking looking car by the way joecsl :smokin:

rstoughy and jeffers, i appreciate your welcome. I had actually tried calling the seller but he did not pick up, which is why i decided to post my question on the thread, not expecting to be met with a barrage of cynicism.

glen dog, u must be either foreign or northern, as evidently her majesty's english is unbeknown to u. where is there one spelling mistake? if there is a mistake- sincere apologies.

My initial remark was one more of sarcasm rather than cynicism so if you took it as cynical then that was not my intention - sincere apologies.

As several members have hinted, you may want to consider how you might appear to others in your response to posts. You have hardly endeared yourself to a considerable number of forum members in your few posts to date...

forced induction (supercharging/turbocharging)

A question better asked in the technical section, not trading.

But to answer, most here would say, not worth doing to a CSL. Half the point of the car is the induction noise. Do it to an M3.
