I cleaned the car today for the first time since Jay did his work nearly a month ago and me doing two track days in the meantime.

I used a 'snow foam lance' to pre-soak the car before carrying out a correct wash routine with the proper products. :smt023

Despite having to use tar remover to get rid of rubber spots from the track days, it was pleasing to see that i didn't ruin all of Jay's hard work as the car still 'glows' nicely.

It did seem to look a little different in the late afternoon sun though...

It is amazing how a thorough detail prevents the dirt and muck sticking to the car.

Having the car smooth also helps with the cleaning, i bet it was the easiest car you have ever washed??

Thos wheels are looking sweet Rob :supz: , i was looking at a strong colour for my trackday wheels (red or orange) but they have both been done :(

SWhats a snow foam lance?

Its a specific interchangeable lance that fits on the end of your jet washer which has a detergent bottle attached for the snow foam liquid or other and combines with the H2o when washing. Its on my christmas list too...

I have 1 of these and they are great
They work with the snow foam the best but any car wash works I also put my wax rinse on with it as well.

Put snow foam on the car then wipe the car with a microfiber cloth
no bucket needed

I can wash the car in 15min
