Any chance it can be renamed the cleaning area? I'm not aware of an amendment to the Oxford English Dictionary to say that "detailing" is anything other than:
noun small decorative features on a building, garment, or work of art.
So am confused at the car cleaning references in here?
Thanks.

Detailing, not detail ;)
I got :
noun small decorative features on a building, garment, or work of art.
Verb, to detail, a tragic waste of time cleaning something that will only get dirty again and will look better when utterly filthy and abused, ideally with the rear bumper at a jaunty angle and some car park dings on the rear wheel arch.
